Spomyn is a navigational aid, not a replacement for common sense, physical maps, compasses, or professional experience.
- Map data (from OpenStreetMap) may contain errors. A path shown on the map may not exist in reality.
- We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or getting lost while using the app. You are solely responsible for your own safety.
3. Purchases / "Pro" Tier
The "Pro" tier is a one-time purchase handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All refunds are handled directly by those respective stores according to their policies.
